Salomeja Interior Organizer - www.salomeja.it

Salomeja is an interior organiser who helps people create harmony in their homes. Her work is not just about “tidying up”: it means listening, observing and transforming spaces into places that truly reflect those who live in them. For her, tidying up is not just about arranging objects, but about taking care of one's habits, desires and priorities. It is a way of making space — both outside and inside ourselves. Salomeja works in people's homes, entering them with delicacy and respect, but she also offers online consultations for those who want personalised advice from a distance. In each project, she creates tailor-made solutions designed to be beautiful, functional and sustainable. What strikes me is her gentle way of tiptoeing into people's lives and her ability to transform not only a room, but also the feeling you get from living in it.
LuBar- Via Palestro, 16

A green corner in the heart of the city, a warm atmosphere, dishes that speak of Sicily and fresh ingredients: this is LuBar in Via Palestro, an urban greenhouse where light streams in through large windows and time seems to pass more slowly. I love going there when I want to take a break without leaving the rhythm of the city behind. The menu changes with the seasons: Mediterranean dishes, simple ingredients and flavours reminiscent of Sicily, but with a light, contemporary touch. Perfect for a leisurely breakfast, a light lunch or afternoon tea with a view of the greenery. A place that makes me feel good, where I can find calm and inspiration, even if only for an hour.
The Longevity Kitchen - Via Francesco Melzi d'Eril, 34

The Longevity Kitchen is a bistro inspired by the famous ‘Blue Zones’, the regions of the world where people live longer and healthier lives. The menu has been designed in collaboration with medical and nutrition experts: no red meat, little butter, many vegetarian/vegan dishes, many of which are gluten-free. Each dish on the menu not only describes its flavour, but also its nutritional benefits: “anti-ageing action”, “contributes to inflammation reduction”, “vitamin boost”. The recipes are inspired by areas such as Okinawa (Japan), Ogliastra (Sardinia) and Ikaria (Greece), where it has been scientifically proven that people live longer thanks to a predominantly plant-based diet and a conscious lifestyle.
