Late autumn and new tips from Mi Fa Stare Bene. Here are my healthy tips for November.
ON Flagship Store - Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 24/28

The ON flagship store opened in the heart of the city over a year ago: two floors of inspiration, performance and lifestyle.
It is a space designed for those who are active every day - running, tennis, training and lifestyle - spread over two levels covering an area of approximately 500 square metres. The design of the space is bright and natural, the windows are large and everything encourages you to take your time and choose the right shoe calmly, thanks also to the young and knowledgeable staff who listen to individual needs and guide you towards the most suitable choice. For those who are not yet familiar with them, ON shoes were created in Switzerland and have become famous for their CloudTec® technology, a system of small “clouds” under the sole that cushion the impact and propel you forward with lightness, almost as if you were running on clouds! Over the years, ON has gone from being a niche brand to a symbol of an active and conscious lifestyle, perfect for those seeking a balance between movement, comfort and minimalist design.
Valentina Dolci - Health Coach - www.valentinadolci.it

I met Valentina Dolci years ago. I attended her courses when the language of gentle wellbeing was still relatively unknown, when wellness was not yet a “trend” but a personal, intimate, silent quest. For me, she was a pioneer: one of the first people to show me that the food we prepared together – which was delicious, by the way – could be a form of care, listening and presence. Her professional story stems from a personal need for research and transformation, which is precisely why what she does is even more valuable. Valentina can accompany each of us on our journey towards wellbeing in different ways: - weeks of semi-fasting with delivery or collection (only in Milan) - single plant-based reset days (only in Milan) - retreats in wonderful places, where good food, breathing and yogic practices promote complete wellbeing. Her offer is truly valuable because her goal is to help people reconnect with their bodies through more balanced nutrition, realistic habits and an approach that considers the body and mind as a single system.
Allineare Pilates - Via Pietro Cossa, 1

Allineare Pilates, located on Via Pietro Cossa in the heart of Porta Venezia, is a small centre, and this is its strength: the atmosphere is intimate and allows for a high level of attention and care during each class. The teachers, Patricia and Adriana, are very knowledgeable and recommend the most suitable course for each individual. The approach is personalised, whether you are a beginner or already an expert. There are both individual and group lessons, all bookable via a convenient app, and the offer is very varied: from an introduction to Pilates (“Base”) to intermediate (“Fusion”) and more challenging levels (“Sculpt” and “Burn”). There is also “Pilates for Men” at 7 a.m. on Tuesday mornings. The atmosphere is warm and very welcoming. If you live or work in the centre of Milan and want a place to try Pilates or practise it regularly, this studio is for you.
