After the summer break, Mi Fa Stare Bene's advice is back. Here are my tips for September.

Milan has a new address dedicated to wellness and conscious eating: it is the first Italian restaurant of its kind, which opened its doors at the end of June in the heart of the city. Born from the experience of the German brand KoRo, which specialises in the online sale of natural, organic and sustainable products, the venue brings a unique concept to Milan: 100% plant-based menu: filled croissants, muffins, banana bread, yoghurt bowls with organic granola, creative sandwiches. Original drinks: speciality coffee with plant-based milk, matcha, chai, smoothies and the famous KoRoccino, the house icon. KoRo shop corner: spreads, protein snacks, bars and selected ingredients... everything you love about KoRo, now also available offline. Design and atmosphere: pastel colours, natural wood, warm lighting and a large outdoor seating area. I have known the brand for years and am a loyal customer. Needless to say, the opening of this café was a wonderful surprise!
Stefania Sanfelice - www.stefaniasanfelice.it

Stefania Sanfelice is a name you absolutely must know if you want to live well in Milan! Stefania combines natural cuisine and macrobiotic culture and is a point of reference for all those who want to restore well-being and balance to their eating habits.
Raised in the macrobiotic tradition in Milan, after graduating she worked for over twenty years with her family at the Italian Macrobiotic Centre. Today, she guides people towards a more conscious and simple diet.
What she does:
• Personalised cooking courses (online and in person)
• Weekly introduction to macrobiotic cooking, with ready-made dishes (pick-up or delivery in Milan)
• Detox week at home: 5 days, 3 meals a day already cooked and delivered every 2-3 days - a practical way to get back on track without drastic diets
• Pilates as part of her wellness programme
Lululemon - Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 24-28

The very first italian Lululemon store has opened in Milan, on Corso Vittorio Emanuele.
For those who don't know it, Lululemon is a brand that was founded in Vancouver in the 1990s and is now known worldwide for its high-quality technical garments, originally designed for yoga but which have become a symbol of an active and conscious lifestyle.
The new, beautifully designed store has two floors dedicated to those seeking quality, fabrics that move with you and a style that makes you feel good even when you're not working out.
It's not a low-cost brand... but it's definitely designed to last and accompany you on your sporting journey for a long time to come.

Located on Via Mozart, inside the splendid Villa Necchi, the Villa Necchi gourmet café welcomes those seeking substance and atmosphere. Open every day from 10:00 to 18:00, it is the perfect place for breakfast and lunch away from the chaos of the city.
The menu offers salads and traditional Milanese dishes, all with a touch of elegance without sacrificing lightness.
What I love about this place:
• the possibility to sit outside, weather permitting, surrounded by greenery;
• the setting that combines history and design, perfect for stopping, breathing and feeling good;
• the consistency with a healthy lifestyle: authentic food, simple ingredients, conscious portions.
In short, a place where beauty and nourishment meet.
