MY JOURNEY TOWARDS THE DISCOVERY OF WELL-BEING

It was my dad who passed on to me his passion for sport, healthy eating and wellness in general. I remember accompanying him jogging as a young girl, watching his balanced breakfasts (in times far away from porridges, matcha lattes and home-made granolas) and admiring his healthy habits. His lifestyle was always an example and became mine quite naturally.

Then, thanks to my husband and children and the increasing social interest in what are called healthy habits and wellbeing, my focus on nutrition, physical activity and general health have become a way of life, which does not mean sacrifices, renunciations and restrictions but the adoption of a conscious lifestyle.

Countless daily confirmations, from a stronger immune system to a general feeling of wellbeing, have aroused in me a strong desire to explore this area further.


Hence the course of study with the American school Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become Health Coach.

My goal: increase my knowledge for myself, my loved ones and for anyone who wants to “learn” how to live well.
